    As AMLA begins direct oversight of selected high-risk cross-border entities, this panel will examine the practical implications of having a unified AML supervisor. Speakers will include representatives from AMLA, national authorities and selected entities. ACAMS members can earn 13 credits for the main conference, and 3 additional credits for attending each pre-conference workshop. These credits count towards maintaining your ACAMS Certification.

Yes. The Certificate of Participation will be sent to participants’ email address within two weeks after the conference.

Conference passes are non-refundable. Pass holders may request a pass transfer to another person, colleague, or client up until April 28, 2026. If you are unable to transfer the pass to another person for the 2026 event, you can transfer your pass to the next in-person event. Please note that if the transfer is made from an ACAMS member to a non-ACAMS member, you will be charged the difference in cost. If the transfer is from a non-ACAMS member to an ACAMS member, the non-ACAMS member will receive a credit in their account. Refunds will not be available.

ACAMS considers the health and safety of all conference attendees a priority. We also encourage all attendees to take necessary protective measures for their individual health circumstances. While masks are no longer required, they remain optional for anyone choosing to wear one. Sanitization stations will also be available throughout the meeting space and those that wish to maintain social distance should do so. If you want to wear a mask but forget yours, please visit our Registration Services Desk for a disposable mask.
