Greg Howard has been with IRS Criminal Investigation for over 18 years and is currently a Supervisory Special Agent in the Phoenix Field Office. Throughout his career, he has conducted investigations involving fraudulent tax returns, false claims for refunds, employment tax fraud, identity theft, investment fraud, and public corruption. As a supervisor, he provides oversight for the Phoenix Financial Crimes Task Force, which investigates a wide range of financial fraud matters, including investment fraud, healthcare fraud, stolen identity refund fraud, and cryptocurrency‑related schemes.

Jesse Goodman is a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Phoenix, Arizona, and has served in federal law enforcement since 2001. His investigative experience covers a broad range of financial crimes, including domestic and international money laundering, conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud, healthcare fraud, and other white-collar offenses, as well as identity and benefit fraud, human smuggling, human trafficking, and internal investigations. Jesse is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), reflecting his specialized expertise and commitment to partnering with the financial sector to detect, investigate, and disrupt illicit finance.

Dominick Margarella is a CPA, CFE, and has a Bachelors in Accountancy and MBA from Arizona State University.  In September 2009, he was hired as a Forensic Accountant by the FBI and started his career in the Tucson office.  After about a year and a half, Dominick transferred to the Phoenix office.  As a Forensic Accountant, he has worked a variety of violations, from Mortgage Fraud and Healthcare Fraud to Terrorism.  Additionally, he specifically assists with Indian Country Financial Crimes and serves as the Indian Gaming Coordinator.  In 2023, Dominick received the Excellence in Public Awareness Award from the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA) for his work in identifying missing indigenous people within Arizona Sober Homes.  As a Forensic Accountant, he identifies financial records needed to prove/disprove allegations.  To achieve this, he produced appropriate reports showing links between transactions, events, subjects and/or business to the criminal allegations.
